If you were given the power to improve the way voting is performed, what changes would you make?

For some activists in Connecticut, the answer is clear: the state should adopt a ranked choice voting system, wherein voters rank their preferences instead of voting for a single candidate. But would this improve elections? Steven Winter, from Voter Choice CT, answers the tough questions about the radical proposal.
