Superhero films break box office records. Have local comic book shops benefitted?

Over the past decade or so, superhero films have been bringing in oodles of cash for Hollywood studios. Given that virtually all superhero films are inspired by comic books, has the “superhero trend” led to any uptick in business for local comic book shops? We talked to Scott Prentice, a long-time employee of A Hero’s Legacy in Manchester, CT to find out more.
