Best NYC views at Sunset Park?

The friend who introduced me to Sunset Park is a Brooklyn native who argues that this is the best view of the island of Manhattan in all of New York City. Is he correct? The park itself has a lot of amenities, and is super close to the D, N, and R trains making it an incredibly easy location to visit.
