Located in the heart of Midtown Center, Manhattan is Paley Park where a 50 horsepower engine sends over 6800 liters of water over the falls every minute. The park is privately run, open from 8am to 8pm every day, and has a refreshment stand that serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays.
