Rooftop terrace in Midtown – for free?

While much of Midtown Manhattan is crowded as can be, one gorgeous rooftop terrace consistently remains a bit of a “hidden gem.” Located on the seventh floor of  the New York Public Library’s Stavros Niarchos Foundation building is a café, event space, and rooftop terrace.
