Tompkins Square Park in the East Village is more fun in warm weather.
After checking out the Ukrainian Museum, I decided to grab a cheap slice of pizza (still delicious) and walk through Tompkins Square Park. There’s a surprising amount of history represented within the park, as well as a great weekly farmers market. It’s not the largest park in Manhattan, but it’s a good one. And, of course, lots of dogs everywhere.
