Highbridge Park is named after a high bridge called the High Bridge. The park itself is located in Washington Heights, although the footbridge across the Harlem River makes it accessible to pedestrians and cyclists in the Bronx, as well. Check the website before visiting to see when the next time NYC Parks is allowing people to climb to the top of the tower, too.
